Privacy Statement

1. Visiting the web pages

When the web pages of WOLF & WOLF Patent- und Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH are accessed, the browser used on the end device automatically sends information to the website's server. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is thereby recorded and stored until it is deleted automatically:

The data is processed in order to enable a smooth connection of the website, the use of the website, evaluation of the system security and stability as well as for administrative purposes.

This data is stored for reasons of technical security, in particular to avert attempts of attack on the web server. The data is anonymised at the latest after 80 days, so that it is no longer possible to establish a reference to individual users, and it is deleted at the latest after statistical processing.

Data that has been recorded when accessing the website is transmitted to third parties only as long as WOLF & WOLF Patent- und Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH is obligated to do so by law or court decision, or if its forwarding is necessary in cases of attacks on the Internet infrastructure for prosecution or law enforcement. During the visit to the web pages, the widespread SSL (Secure Socket Layer) procedure is used. For the rest, suitable technical and organisational security measures are used to protect the data against accidental or deliberate manipulations, partial or total loss, destruction, or against unauthorised access by third parties. The security measures are continuously improved in accordance with technological developments.
